CHIPO WEKARE, CA

EXECUTIVE CHAIR

Chipo is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management, strategic leadership, and business process optimisation across large and multinational organisations. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and an MBA from the University of Queensland.

Her expertise spans financial strategy, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, governance, and project management. She is a strong advocate for integrating emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation to enhance efficiency, transparency, and decision-making.

Beyond the corporate sphere, Chipo is deeply committed to social impact. She founded the Lili Grace Foundation to improve access to insulin, essential medical supplies, and education for children living with Type 1 diabetes in Zimbabwe. Her strategic insight and passion for equity drive the foundation’s long-term vision and sustainability.

Outside of her professional and philanthropic work, Chipo enjoys travel, exploring new culinary techniques, and long walks with her Rhodesian Ridgeback, Shumba.

DORIS ZIJENAH - MOYO

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Doris is a dedicated advocate for children living with Type 1 diabetes. She brings a strong background in Human Resources and Organisational Leadership to the Lili Grace Foundation.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and a Master's in Business Administration.

Since beginning her career in 2013, Doris has focused on creating opportunity and empowerment through strategic workforce development. She co-founded BPO Zimbabwe, connecting skilled local talent with global employment opportunities, and plays an active role in the women’s discipleship program R.O.O.T.S., supporting women to recognise their value and potential.

Her commitment to children with Type 1 diabetes is deeply personal. Doris believes in the power of empathy, education, and strong community networks to ensure that every child can thrive despite their diagnosis.

Known for her energy and discipline, she begins her mornings with 5 a.m. Boot Camp sessions and enjoys travel and outdoor adventures.

BRYN HARWOOD

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Bryn is a Partner at Tradies Accountant, with extensive experience in accounting, strategic advisory, and CFO-level financial leadership. He has been instrumental in modernising traditional accounting practices through the integration of AI, Robotic  Process Automation, and customised digital solutions.

His expertise includes strategic planning, financial oversight, governance, and data-driven decision-making to improve organisational performance and sustainability.

As a Director of the Lili Grace Foundation, Bryn combines professional expertise with a deeply personal connection to Type 1 diabetes.

This connection fuels his commitment to ensuring that children living with the condition have access to the care, resources, and support they need to lead healthy, empowered lives. His strategic leadership and steady guidance strengthen the foundation’s mission to deliver sustainable impact in Zimbabwe.

In his spare time Bryn enjoys taking long walks at the beach, travelling to historically significant places and, is a food enthusiast.

TINASHE KAMANGIRA, CA

ADVISORY BOARD INTERIM CHAIR 

Tinashe is a Chartered Accountant and Partner at Palermo Chartered Accountants and Gratia Advisory in Perth, Western Australia, where he advises privately owned businesses, family groups and not for profit organisations on strategy, governance and financial management. 

He has previously worked with Deloitte, Grant Thornton and Byfields and has extensive experience supporting organisations through growth, governance development and long term planning. In 2024 he served as President of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, engaging with government and parliamentary committees on matters relating to the accounting profession, ethics and the role of professional services firms.

Tinashe is actively involved in governance and community organisations. He serves as Treasurer of St Vincent de Paul Society WA, Company Secretary for the Lyn Beazley Academy, sits on the Accounting Advisory Board at the University of Western Australia, supporting the development of future accounting and business leaders.

STIPE VULETA

 ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER 

Stipe is the Managing Director of Chamberlains Law Firm and a senior commercial lawyer with extensive experience advising on complex financial and governance matters. Through his leadership of a national legal practice and his involvement across a range of corporate and investment ventures, Stipe brings a strong focus on strategic oversight, risk management, and sustainable organisational growth. 

In addition to his professional work, Stipe has been actively engaged in community and charitable initiatives, with a particular interest in organisations that deliver practical, measurable outcomes. His experience includes contributing to governance frameworks, supporting executive teams, and ensuring that organisations operate with accountability, transparency, and clear strategic direction. Stipe’s experience has been broad in this space, having sat on boards in the Aged Care, Paediatric Care, Volunteering and Community Arts sectors prior to joining the Advisory board. 

Stipe is committed to strengthening the charity’s governance and supporting its long-term mission to improve access to essential care. He is focused on helping the organisation scale its impact responsibly, ensuring that resources are deployed effectively and that the charity continues to deliver meaningful, life-changing outcomes for the communities it serves.

Dr. Cletos is a distinguished endocrinologist, healthcare innovator, and strategic leader dedicated to advancing accessible, high-quality healthcare across Africa. As Founder and Medical Director of Zarephath Group, he has built the organization into a trusted provider of In Vitro Diagnostic Rapid Tests (IVD RDTs) and a valued partner for major pharmacy networks, healthcare institutions, and community health initiatives across the region.

Since founding Zarephath Group in 2018, Dr. Masiya has driven programs that bridge gaps in healthcare access and strengthen public health systems. 

Combining deep clinical expertise with visionary operational strategy, Dr. Masiya has created sustainable, high-impact healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes, enhance diagnostic access, and support community health empowerment.

Through these initiatives, he continues to shape healthcare delivery models, promote innovation in diagnostics, and contribute meaningfully to building a healthier Africa.
