At the Lili Grace Foundation, every step forward is guided by our mission: to improve the lives of children living with Type 1 Diabetes in Zimbabwe.
Following the success of our inaugural initiatives in 2025, we are proud to share the next chapter of our journey — one defined by growth, deeper impact, and an unwavering commitment to the children and communities we serve.
Last year's diabetes initiatives in Gweru and Harare marked a significant milestone for the Foundation. With record attendance, the successful distribution of essential diabetes supplies, and the delivery of both a community clinic and children’s camp, these initiatives reinforced both the urgent need — and the life-changing impact of accessible care.
This experience has strengthened our resolve to expand our reach and deepen our support systems in 2026.
Following the success of our inaugural event, we are pleased to announce that Stars of Hope 2026, presented by Carbon Group, will be held on 2 May 2026. Tickets are now on sale.
This flagship evening will once again bring together our community of supporters, partners, and advocates to raise critical funds for our programs. More than just an elegant event, Stars of Hope is a powerful expression of what can be achieved when purpose meets generosity.
Funds raised will directly support:
✨ We warmly invite you to join us — whether by attending, hosting a table, or partnering with us — and be part of an evening that is truly transforming lives.

2026 represents a pivotal year for the Lili Grace Foundation.
From scaling our flagship fundraising event, to establishing our own annual children’s camp, to strengthening our governance structures — each initiative is a step toward a future where children living with Type 1 diabetes in Zimbabwe have reliable access to the care, resources, and support they need to thrive.
This journey would not be possible without the continued support of our partners, donors, and community.
Together, we are not only transforming lives — we are building a future filled with hope.
With heartfelt thanks,
The Lili Grace Foundation Team
